My name is Jamie Phelps, which works out since that is the domain name I chose. I am a student at Texas Christian University majoring in Computer Information Technology, and I will graduate in May 2009.
By day, I work as a developer for a large retail chain. By nights and weekends, I run Epiphany Media and program for Mac OS X.
I am also New Testament scholar. I completed my Master’s of Theological Studies in May 2005 and another year of graduate work in 2006. I have written some original research papers that you can find for download here. My main interests in New Testament studies include apocalyptic literature, Romans, Galatians, Gospel of John, and Acts. I have studied with such renowned scholars as M. Eugene Boring, David Balch, and Carolyn Osiek.
I live in Fort Worth, Texas, with my beautiful and talented wife Ann Margaret, our two dogs and six sugar gliders, and a prodigious collection of Pez dispensers.
